According to SmartVM, the VGA Splitter offers the ability to display the same image on up to 16 VGA monitors from one PC or other VGA video source. VGA splitter units can be cascaded to display the same image on up to 90 or more VGA monitors. The VGA video splitter supports a wide range of resolutions, such as UXGA, SXGA, XGA, and VGA resolutions. VGA Splitter is available in multiple sizes including 2, 4, 8 and 16 port units. HDMI splitter allows set-top boxes, DVD players, and other HDTV devices with HDMI outputs to be connected to two or more HDTV displays, while supporting 720i, 720p and 1080p resolutions. The High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) is a compact audio/video connector interface used to transmit uncompressed digital streams over a single cable instead of several cables when connecting your HDMI device to your HDTV display.
The S-Video splitter, Composite Splitter and Component Splitter are perfect for older video connection types used in existing applications. S-Video splitter is ideal for a variety of configurations where you need to display the same image on many S-video monitors, projectors or TVs - all from a single source using S-Video and audio. The composite splitter or component splitter allows users to take a single composite or component BNC or RCA video signal and distribute it to two or more locations at the same time with simple plug and play functionality. The s-video splitter, composite splitter or component splitter are also available as a Cat5 video splitter utilizing standard CAT5 UTP cables to distribute video over long distances.
